Step 1) Welcome to the process for renewing an inactive Paid-Subscription

Each client's username, email address, and credit card (or Pay Pal account) information are all linked within the client's records. In order to renew a Paid-Subscription you must first verify all of the following fields correctly.

Original Paid-Subscription Client Information
*User Name
*Email address
*Password

Original Paid-Subscription Credit Card (or Pay Pal) Information
*Original Payment Method
*Original Credit Card Number
*Original Pay Pal ID
*Original Pay Pal Password
